Retro running was first done by the Shaolin monks as a mind, body, and soul workout. Garret Doherty will demonstrate the art of walking/jogging backwards, explain its history, and conduct a motivational talk at this Portsmouth Festivities event!

Don’t miss your chance to participate in a trial run with the 3x world champion.

Participants should meet outside The Pyramids Centre before heading over to Southsea Common with the group, from either 1:00pm or 4:00pm on Saturday 23rd June — tickets are available for both times, both for £10.
