On Monday 23rd October, artist Natalia Michalska will host an art walk, giving you an insight into the process of portrait making and the stories of refugees involved with the project.

Join Journeys Festival International Portsmouth 2017 for a family-friendly art walk around this year’s Look Up artworks in Portsmouth.

Hosted by each Look Up artist and Young Producer Jennifer Tipton, each art walk will give you an opportunity to meet one of the artists involved in the project, and to hear about their process.

An outdoor exhibition installed on the exterior of prominent buildings around the city, Look Up provides a unique opportunity for artists engaging with refugee and asylum seeker themes to have their work shown in one of the most visible strands of Journeys Festival International.

This walk, titled ‘Communicating Journeys’, runs from 5:00pm ‘til 6:30pm, and ends at The Container Projects outside Portsmouth Cathedral.

The walk starts from Portsmouth & Southsea Railway Station.
