Promotional Video for ZWILLING J.A. Henckels
We were recently hired by ZWILLING Portsmouth to create a short promotional video featuring one of their unique knife skills classes, which take place at Gunwharf Quays outlet shopping centre in Portsmouth.
The aim of the project was to create a short internet friendly video that could be used on the organisation's social media accounts and mailing lists, with the aim of highlighting the classes to new and existing customers.
After receiving the brief from the ZWILLING team we worked to create a short storyboard based on the chef's cooking and knife skills demonstration plan for the day. Customers attending the event to be filmed were briefed and approached to see if they were happy to supply a short review of the class post event.
The footage was shot in broadcast quality HD with the Canon 70D, using a Sigma 35mm f1.4 ART lens and the Canon 24-70mm f2.8. Audio was captured using the RODE Video Mic Pro and Zoom H5 with RODE NGT4+ shotgun mic.
