Launching off the back of sell-out markets, festivals and private events, Bubble& plans to open a 45-seater casual dining restaurant in Southsea, Portmsouth.
A local favourite on the street food scene, Bubble& has reinvented the British classic, bubble and squeak, and they are on a mission to create an iconic restaurant brand.
Bubble& was founded in August 2013 by Rupert Smith and Marita Lietz. Rupert has been a chef for over 25 years and Marita’s background is in business development, sales & PR.
Co-founders Rupert and Marita are thrilled to be raising investment for their first site on Crowdcube, the world’s leading equity crowdfunding investment platform.
