Promotional film for Portsmouth International Port
Portsmouth International Port employed us to create a visually enticing preview film, showcasing the companies operations, activities within the historic harbour, and the wealth of tourist attractions for tourists to enjoy around Portsmouth.
The film features some of the Port's most high profile cruise ships entering and departing from the historic harbour, cruising past a number of Portsmouth's most iconic landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, the Round Tower, and Spice Island in Old Portsmouth. In addition we captured some of the city's tourist attractions that we felt would appeal to international port visitors. These included Portsmouth City Museum, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth Cathedral, and Charles Dickens birthplace.
The film is captured in 4K, maximising the colours and sights of the city, and presenting stunning visual clarification for all downscaled devices where the film will be watched.
Portsmouth Port will be using the final film at trade shows across the world including the recent Seatrade Cruise Global exhibition in Miami — presenting Portsmouth to the world as a unique cruise destination.
The film was extremely well received online via Portsmouth International Port's social media and via our own Team locals social media outlets, with a reach of over 40,000, viewings over 12,000, and more than 260 shares!
