Innovation Space is a multifaceted office space which aims to help startup businesses and the entrepreneurs behind them to turn clever ideas into brilliant profitable realities through a professional, creative environment, distraction-free but buzzing with the right connections, advice, and support.
Clothing outlets range from the fashionable likes of Ted Baker, Paul Smith, and French Connection to sporty stores such as Nike, North Face, and Animal, whilst Clarks, Doc Martens, and Vans boast a diverse range of footwear and Cath Kidston, Chapelle, and Claire’s offer accessories, bags, and jewellery.
Innovation Space’s unique, newly fitted interior was architect-designed to foster business creativity. It is a welcoming place for open minds and unrestricted ambition, ideal for those embarking on the first phase of a new venture. The friendly and supportive staff will also be on hand to help you with any questions or technical issues you may have.
As Portsmouth focuses on building a strong and sustainable economy, Innovation Space is at the heart of the City, nurturing the success of entrepreneurs and innovation start-ups through the support of the University and wider community.
Innovation Space also houses Entrepreneurs Unite, a collective of businesspeople, who lead Global Entrepreneurship Week Portsmouth (GEWPorts) every year. GEWPorts 2014 will call Innovation Space its home, with everyone involved frequently meeting in the hub to discuss new events which could be held as part of the week-long programme.
